~ First Course ~


Stuffed Crespelles | with a ground sirloin ragu, fresh cilantro, pungent, garlic and sweet onions. Served with a warm tomato salsa fresca and grated ricotta salata.
Potato, Scallion and Salted Cod Croquettes |Served with a tomato, green pepper and onion vinaigrette. 
Caldo Verde Soup | Creamy potato soup with fresh cilantro, spicy chorizo and chiffonade of collard greens. Garnish with crispy fried plantains. 
Sweet Potato, Corn and Lobster Stew | Served with crispy sweet potato strings.
Boston Bib and Iceberg Lettuce| Tossed in light tangerine vinaigrette with fresh apricots, candied almonds, crispy pancetta and crispy fried goat cheese. 
Popcorn Seared Jumbo Scallops | Served of a potato, sweet corn and leek ragu. Finished with a drizzle of a sweet roasted red pepper coulis. 
Lobster, Avocado and Sweet Corn Salad | Served with mache lettuce, shaved cucumber and a tomato coulis.

Sautéed Jumbo Shrimp and Sweet Crabmeat | Tossed with sweet roma tomatoes, asparagus tips and shaved carrots in a saffron garlic cream sauce over Maine lobster raviolis. 
Roast Prime Rib of Beef Au Jus | Served with garlic and herb potato croquettes and sautéed baby spring vegetables.
Grilled Filet of Sword Fish | Served over a scallion Jasmine and wild rice with grilled pineapple and cilantro, chive, shaved red onion salad. Finished with a mustard pineapple glaze. 
Grilled Veal Chop | Served with couscous tossed with scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese with a warm tomato relish and grilled spring asparagus.
Surf and Turf Benedict | Petit filet mignon and one Bistro’s signature crab cake. Home fried potato cake, fresh asparagus, poached eggs, finished with béarnaise sauce.
Traditional Eggs Benedict Bistro Style | Home fried potato cake, fresh asparagus, Canadian bacon, poached eggs, English muffin and hollandaise sauce.
Prosciutto Wrapped Halibut Filet | Served over garlic butter toasted orzo with sautéed baby spinach. Topped with a cherry tomato and asparagus champagne vinaigrette.
