One Bistro Salad | Mesclun greens, fresh tomatoes, fresh cucumbers, French green beans and boiled potatoes. Tossed in a house-made sherry vinaigrette.
Gorgonzola Pear | Brandy poached pears, smoked bacon, spiced candied walnuts.
Bay Scallop Fritters | With a sweet smoked paprika aioli and a sweet chili oil.
Banana Spring Rolls | Bananas with caramel, brown sugar, and walnuts served with an amaretto cream.
Duck Confit Tartlet | Confit, three onion caramel, herb goat cheese.
