Wonton Chicken and Shrimp Soup
| With house made shrimp wontons.
Asparagus Bisque | Garnished with crispy fried leeks.
One Bistro Salad
| Mesclun greens, fresh tomatoes, fresh cucumbers, French green beans and boiled potatoes. Tossed in a house-made sherry vinaigrette.
Gorgonzola Pear
| Brandy poached pears, smoked bacon, spiced candied walnuts.
Bay Scallop Fritters | With a sweet smoked paprika aioli and a sweet chili oil.
Banana Spring Rolls
| Bananas with caramel, brown sugar, and walnuts served with an amaretto cream.
Duck Confit Tartlet | Confit, three onion caramel, herb goat cheese.

Prosciutto Wrapped Monk Fish
| Served with capicola and cheese ravioli in a light basil cream sauce.
Prime Rib of Beef
| Served with a sweet potato au gratin with sautéed baby spring vegetables, topped with au jus.
The Traditional Eggs Benedict
| Crispy golden brown English muffin, Canadian bacon and fluffy poached eggs. Served with hash brown potatoes, tomato Provencal, grilled asparagus, and a house-made hollandaise sauce.
Surf and Turf Benedict
| Lobster tail, petite filet mignon, crispy golden brown English muffin, poached eggs. Served with hash brown potatoes, tomato Provencal, grilled asparagus, and a house-made hollandaise sauce.
Veal Schnitzel
| Thin breaded veal cutlets served with sage and butter toasted spaetzle and grilled white asparagus.
Thyme Roasted Poussin (young chicken)
| Slow roasted in our brick oven. Served with a sweet pea orzo and a pancetta brown butter sauce.
One Bistro Frittata | With sweet roasted tomatoes, black olives, caramelized onions, baby spinach, and creamy goat cheese. Served with hash brown potatoes, tomato proven Cal, and asparagus.
