We had one of the private rooms everything was excellent. More than I could have asked for. It was my daughters high school graduation and they could plug in there play lists for music. We will definitely go back again.

Great service, food was delish and our waitress was extremely on point when it came to our needs! When we got there they were getting ready to set up for dinner and was functioning on the lunch menu, but we wanted to have food from the dinner menu, she spoke to the kitchen staff and they're made everything we wanted from the dinner menu even though they were not serving dinner yet.

Went here for lunch, the bistro trio is a great take on the usual soup and salad. Had an amazing seasonal mixed drink as well. Don't let the fact that it's in a hotel fool you, this is a great place to stop for food.

Went here for lunch one day after hearing from everyone how fantastic the restaurant was. The service was good and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. It was a fairly early lunch so the restaurant was fairly quiet. Our meal was nothing short of excellent. My boyfriend is gluten free and they were able to accommodate this with no problem. Will definitely be back. I highly recommend going to One Bistro, you won't be disappointed!

We stayed at the Sheraton hotel attached to this restaurant - and ate there twice. Both times the food and service were excellent. We had scallops, shrimp, and salmon- and the best dish was the lunch special - lobster roll. When we return to Norwood- we would eat here again.

We go every 5 to 6 weeks to One Bistro to meet for Sunday brunch. 4 cousins/friends who just want to keep in touch. We always get the same thing. Belgian Waffle , French toast or the steak and eggs. It's great every time and the service is wonderful. Very affordable... Highly recommend it

My husband & I received a gift card to One Bistro which we used to celebrate our 49th anniversary. We called for reservations and were fortunate to be seated in a booth by the window. Our waitress Mel was wonderful and very helpful with entree selections. We order a bottle of cabernet sauvignon. For our first course I ordered a beet salad and my husband had the onion soup, both were very good. He chose the baked sword fish with noodles and I ordered one of the specials that night, braised sea scallops served on puree sweet potato for our main course. My entree was delicious but my husband wasn't that fond of the taste of his sword fish. He did order the apple bread pudding with caramel sauce and said that was very good. I had a cappuccino while he had a black coffee to finish our meal. We had a wonderful evening and will most differently return.

This is my go to place whenever I am meeting a friend (or friends) for lunch. You can always count on an excellent meal, great service, and very reasonable prices. The restaurant sparkles from the glassware on the tables to the decor on the counters and walls. And even though I am a frequent flyer and know their menu inside and out, the daily specials that are offered are always creatively different and fabulously delicious. Kudos to the entire staff from the manager, to hostess, to waitstaff, and chefs.

Celebrated wife's birthday. Delicious meal and a wonderful waitress.

typically, most moderate hotels aren't known for their restaurants. check out ONE BISTRO. you'll be glad you did.

One Bistro is my go to restaurant especially for business meetings. Everyone there is quite friendly and attentive and the food is excellent. The location is comfortable and you can easily carry on a conversation without noise or distractions. Thoroughly enjoyable!

Both food and service was excellent. Definitely would recommend.

Was absolutely delicious. The service was amazing. Will 100000% be back soon.

I ate at One Bistro today and had a fabulous experience - mainly because of our waitress, Nell. The service was tremendous and the food very good. The Bistro Trio was just great. We'll be back again and will be sure to request Nell.

Great Bartender (Michelle), nice atmosphere, great beer on draft (recommend Sam Adams Brick Red), and stellar burger!

I've driven by this restaurant so many times but have not tried it until last night. We had an advance birthday dinner celebration for my son's upcoming birthday. I was pleasantly surprised by the service, quality of food, price and the place in general. Dan attended to our needs and was very familiar with the menu. I had the short ribs which Dan recommended. Everything we ordered from appetizer, main course to dessert were awesome. Chef Paul is really doing a great job. This is now my favorite Norwood restaurant.

Was a little skeptical of a hotel restaurant, but I was pleasantly surprised!  I ordered the veal chop and it was soooo delicious!  Huge portion, cooked to perfection and whatever that mushy orange thing it was just scrumptious!  I paired it with couple of glasses of Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.  Oh, the Heavenly Creation dessert was the perfect way to end the meal too.

We stayed at a nearby hotel and stopped by this restaurant based on tripadvsior reviews. Menu had a great selection. Our meals were tasty and service was quick but we were not hurried.

Always enjoy this restaurant. Early bird special can't be beat!

We went for Mother's Day and we were seated promptly, Sean was our waiter and he was wonderful. He was attentive without being disruptive, and kept the coffee flowing too. The food was scrumptious! We just plain enjoyed the whole experience.
