One Bistro Beer Dinner

What started with a local brewery tour, ended in a delicious collaboration between two Norwood businesses. Beer lovers-this one is for you! Our newest private dining experience provides a 5 course tasting mean, with each dish inspired by and paired with a beer from our neighborhood local brewery, Castle Island Brewery in Norwood.

For groups of 20-40 guests.

STARTER

Cheddar & Beer Fondue with Focaccia, paired with Candlepin Pale Ale

FIRST COURSE

Kinilaw Filipino Ceviche, paired with Bo’ Shine Pilsner

SECOND COURSE

Fried Chicken with Brown Butter Carrot Purée and Roasted Mushrooms, paired with Amber Ale

THIRD COURSE

Beer-Braised Short Rib with Caramelized Onions and Soft Polenta, paired with Keeper IPA

DESSERT

A seasonal dessert and beer pairing: Currently is an Apple Tartine with Morning Dew Pale Ale

$89 per person, plus applicable fees and taxes
